Our agents are here seven days a week to work with you in looking for that perfect home. When you find what you are looking for, we will prepare the offer and present it on your behalf. All negotiations will be handled through us, and we will be your advocate throughout the process in trying to secure what you want for you terms. If you would like your attorney to review any contracts, we will be happy to forward all paperwork. - Inspection Process
Your Hershey’s Mill agent will be with you along the way as all of the various inspections are conducted. They will be the liaison between the Seller and you and any other parties involved. They will be able to assist you with recommendations for any contractors that are needed along the way as a result of any inspection or decorating concerns. - Settlement
Your Hershey’s Mill agent will be in constant communication throughout the period from the signing of the contract until Closing. They will assist with financial details, moving details, meeting contractors and also prepare a final closing letter outlining everything needed for settlement. They will attend closing with you or on your behalf, and if necessary be in in communication with you, your lender, your attorney, the title company, and the Seller along the way.
